2. How does the technology behind the card work?
Our card uses NFC (Near Field Communication) technology. When an NFC-enabled smartphone is brought close to the card, it automatically opens the preset rating page.
3. What do I have to do to be able to use my Simply Rated card?
Nothing at all. You give us your Google My Business name during the ordering process. We program your rating card and send it to you. The card can therefore be used immediately .
4. Does my customer need to install an app?
No, no additional app is required. Most modern smartphones are already equipped with NFC and can recognize the card without any further steps.
5. How many reviews can I collect with one card?
There is no limit to the number of reviews you can collect with one card. Any customer you show the card to can use it to leave a review.
6. Is it safe to use the Simply Rated card?
Yes, the card is just a means to open the review page. No personal data of the customer is stored or transferred.
7. How can I order the Simply Rated card?
